Those reserved for a Parking Label holder are marked with a sign saying 'Reserved' and showing the international wheelchair symbol.

We are not able to say if you may use your Parking Label in some other countries around the world - ask locally.

Visitor to Singapore

You may not use your Parking Permit in Singapore but you can apply for the Parking Label from the Centre for Enabled Living (CEL) by getting a Singapore registered medical practitioner to complete a Mobility Report which can be downloaded at www.cel.sg. 

There are two types of disabled parking labels:

• Class 1 parking label – for a driver with physical disabilities.
• Class 2 parking label – for a passenger with physical disabilities.

Parking on roads (Singapore Parking Label holders only)

Do not park on a road where parking is prohibited.

You must pay to park at a parking meter and not exceed the paid-for time.

On a road where parking is free but restricted by time you must not exceed the maximum permitted time.

Parking in car parks (Singapore Parking Label holders only)

Concessions differ depending on the class of Parking Label – check the CEL web site for details – www.cel.sg.
