Where you may use your Parking Permit/ Label
Singapore Parking Label holder
We are not able to say if you may use your Parking Label in some other countries around the world - ask locally.
Visitor to Singapore
You may not use your Parking Permit in Singapore but you can apply for the Parking Label from the Centre for Enabled Living (CEL) by getting a Singapore registered medical practitioner to complete a Mobility Report which can be downloaded at www.cel.sg.
There are two types of disabled parking labels:
- Class 1 parking label – for a driver with physical disabilities.
- Class 2 parking label – for a passenger with physical disabilities.
