Do not park if the space is marked with someone's name or a licence plate number.

You may use your Parking Permit in all the states and territories of Australia and in many other countries around the world.
Look at the entry for the country you intend visiting to see if your Parking Permit can be used.

Parking on roads
Do not park on a road where parking is prohibited; do not park in a bus or loading zone, or on a clearways.
You may park free-of-charge in a bay with a parking meter:
- For a maximum of 30 minutes, where the parking bay has a time limit of less than 30 minutes.
- For unlimited time, where the parking bay has a time limit of more than 30 minutes.
These time restrictions also apply to a parking bay without a parking meter but with a maximum time limit.
